    Master of Lore Terms of Service

    1. Introduction and Agreement

    This document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Master of Lore ("Master of Lore," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of our WebApp, website, mobile applications, knowledge base, help center, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

    2. Subscriptions and Payments

    Subscriptions: We offer our Services on a subscription basis, which includes monthly recurring payments. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. To manage or cancel your subscription, you must access your account settings on our website or within the app. Failure to cancel your subscription will result in continued billing for the upcoming period.

    One-Time Add-Ons: In addition to our core subscription model, you may also purchase additional features or content as one-time add-ons. These add-ons are supplementary to your subscription and do not automatically renew. The specific terms and conditions for each add-on will be made available at the point of purchase.

    Payment: All payments, whether for subscriptions or one-time add-ons, are processed securely by a certified third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not directly store, process, or have access to your credit card information. You agree to provide valid and current payment information to the payment processor. You are responsible for all fees and charges incurred on your account, including but not limited to, applicable sales tax, VAT, and any other taxes or charges imposed by relevant authorities.

    Refunds: All sales for both subscriptions and one-time add-ons are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, nor for dissatisfaction with the Services, except where explicitly required by the laws of Luxembourg or other jurisdictions. If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact our customer support team within a reasonable timeframe to dispute the charge.

    3. User Accounts

    Account Creation: To access and utilize the full range of our Services, you are required to create a user account. You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete during the registration process, including your name and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of this Agreement and may result in the termination of your account.

    Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. It is your obligation to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account information.

    4. Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines

    • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, fraudulent activities or activities that violate the rights of any third party.
    • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
    • Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of others.
    • Engage in any behavior that is harmful to our community, which includes but is not limited to, spamming, trolling, or harassment on our Discord server or other social media channels.
    • Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the integrity or security of the Services or any connected network.

    5. Intellectual Property

    Our Content: All content, features, and functionality on the Services, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the design and layout of the Services, are the exclusive property of Master of Lore SARL or its licensors. This content is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights to this content.

    Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to any and all content you create, submit, or upload using our Services. However, by submitting content, you grant Master of Lore a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Services. This license is necessary for us to display your creations to you and, if you choose, to share them with the community.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. MASTER OF LORE SARL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MASTER OF LORE SARL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (III) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (IV) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, if you breach this Agreement. We may also terminate or suspend the Services entirely at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You can also terminate your account at any time by contacting us through our provided channels.

    9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement, or your use of the Services, shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Luxembourg. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
